Haus of Transformation Purchase, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Haus of Transformation (“The HAUS”). We are committed to providing high-quality memberships, products, and digital resources to support your growth journey. Please review our policies carefully before making a purchase.
1. Memberships (The Inner Circle, Life Rebuilders)

Monthly Memberships:
All monthly memberships are billed automatically on your original purchase date. You may cancel at any time by logging into your respective portal (HAUS HUB for The Inner Circle, Skool for Life Rebuilders).

Annual Memberships:
Annual memberships are billed once per year. You may cancel at any time to prevent renewal, but no refunds or prorated refunds will be issued for early cancellation. You will retain access for the duration of your paid term.

No Refunds Policy:
All membership payments are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months, unused membership periods, or downgrades.
2. Digital Products

All sales of digital products (including but not limited to downloadable workbooks, masterclasses, audio drops, and templates) are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital content, once delivered, purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please ensure you review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience technical difficulties accessing a digital product, please contact [email protected] for support.
3. Physical Products

Physical items (such as journals, apparel, and accessories) purchased via our Shopify store are eligible for exchange only in the event of a defective or damaged item.

Requests for exchanges must be submitted within 7 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with a description and photo of the issue.

We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or personal preference changes.

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning a defective item for exchange.
4. Cancellations and Order Changes

Orders for physical products cannot be changed or canceled once placed, as fulfillment begins immediately.

Membership cancellations must be processed directly by the member inside the appropriate membership portal. We do not process membership cancellations via email, social media, or other channels.
